Nuclear Theory Field
In this field, we research mainly in three main subfields: nuclear reactions, nuclear models and nuclear structure. Detail of these areas as following:
· Nuclear reaction: study in the mechanism of reactions with a wide energy range of incident particles. The total reaction cross-sections are estimated through quantum scattering theory. With the expected results, our group compare, evaluate nuclear structure’s parameters, energy levels of nuclei, and predict the ability of new nuclear reactions for some nuclei
· Nuclear model:focus on types of nuclear models such as the drop liquid model, Fermi gas model, shell model especially optical model, folding model, etc. through which some problems involving the field of nuclear structure and reactions are solved.
· Nuclear structure:research in nuclear forces, general characteristics such as isomer and properties of nuclei at far away stable area.
