JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gain in-depth understanding of technologies and devices (training will be provided)
- Hold a credible dialogue audience ranging from surgeons to consultants and key decision-makers
- Ensure consistent sales growth through identifying business opportunities and developing strategic accounts
- To ensure that customers are provided with high quality care & attention throughout the sales & service process of medical technology procured
- To provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment to users
- Assist users to become familiarized with usage of the medical equipment.
- Organize and execute a wide range of on-site training activities and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct training sessions; perform on-site and on-the-job training on the company’s products to health professionals in hospitals
- Monitor the progress of on-site training activities to ensure training objectives are being achieved;
- Attend exhibitions and relevant local/national/international meetings and to organize user groups and seminars when required to do so
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Nursing, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical or Science
- Previous experience in sales for medical devices would be an advantage
- Experience in attending hospital tender would be highly recommended.
- Strong Sales and Negotiation Skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
**JOB PURPOSE
Meet and exceed the sales expectations in the accounts assigned. Achieve value and volume growth of products and establish good customer relations in the key accounts. Implement the sales and marketing plans /schemes along with special POA for the accounts to get the desired sales. Assist surgeons and their staff to develop the necessary practice improvements to ensure as many patients as possible have access to Company’s innovative Surgical Ophthalmology product portfolio. Provide value addition for the company's image with the account and make sure that collections are done in a timely manner for the sales concluded.
**KEY FOCUS AREAS & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Financial (Innovation)
- Drive uptake of new treatment paradigms in Surgical Ophthalmic working closely with cross-functional colleagues.
- Optimize, grow, and manage Ophthalmology business in aligned territory using customer insights, business planning methodologies, to achieve agreed sales and growth targets.
- Preparation of Correct, Clear, Current, Complete and Competitive commercial offers (Quotations) as per the customer requirements within the stipulated time frame to increase company profitability.
- Regular monitoring of Debtors and coordination with Finance staff to ensure timely collections.
- Following up with customers for the outstanding payments beyond 30 days. Addressing issues with the customers by supplying statement of accounts and copies of invoice.
- Customer Focus (Service)
- Manage individual customer data base by updating contact information. Regular updates to Sales Manager and Country Manager regarding customers.
- Provide clinical support to Ophthalmic practices, assess and identify needs of practice to improve surgical outcomes
- Assist practices analyse their outcomes (e.g. reviewing files, data entry for analysis) as required and train the staff on the theory and techniques of improving biometry measurements as required
- Constant track on competitor activity feedback to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Management of Customer Calls/Enquiries/Orders directly and execution, follow-up with respective Customer Service Personnel
- Contacting customer for follow-up on orders and deliveries and maintaining good relationship with customers.
- Taking corrective/preventive actions as a follow up measure to customer complaints by coordinating with the After-Sales Service division.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales activities are integrated and proper processes and protocols are followed to provide the most suitable service to the customer needs.
- Review of processes and recommend process improvements to ensure customer is successful.
- Process (Effectiveness):
- Send in Daily & Weekly work reports and other reports that maybe required.
- Efficient, timely and accurate reporting of Sales activities, results, opportunities & threats to National Sales Manager.
- Maintaining and archiving quotation and pricing information for future strategic and management decisions.
- People Management (Development): Ability to coordinate and work as an effective team member with all levels
- Other Responsibilities: Any other duty that is assigned by the Management from time to time based on the demands of the business and its developments or challenges.

- Over 3 years in ophthalmology sales
- Skills
- Proficiency in English, good inter-personal skills, efficient oral & written communication, also good in problem solving, the incumbent shall have excellent computer literacy. Ability to prioritize and execute., knowledge of local laws and documentary procedures

3.Có chí cầu tiến, siêng năng, trung thực và mong muốn thu nhập cao.
